Refund and Returns Policy

At Moore Movement, we aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Digital downloads.
  • Sale or clearance items.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item.
  3. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item if eligible.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There may be a processing delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
